Flow cytometry. Single cell suspensions from spleens or tumors were stained with PE-conjugated anti–mouse CD8 (CD8-PE; BD Biosciences), allophycocyanin-conjugated anti–mouse CD4 (CD4-allophycocyanin; BD Biosciences), FITC-conjugated anti–mouse CD11c, PE-conjugated anti–mouse B7.2, cychrome (Cy)-conjugated anti–mouse MHC class II, or with allophycocyanin-conjugated anti–mouse CD11b (BD Biosciences) and PE-conjugated anti–mouse Gr-1 (CD8-PE).
